If I have projects saved in an older version of the software, can I open them in a newer version? [Back]

If you have CEWE PHOTOBOOKS produced with older software versions, you can open them in a newer version of the software. It is not possible to open a project saved with a newer version of the software than the one you are using.

How can I find out which software version I am using? [Back]

When you start the software, a startup image appears in the foreground.

You can see the version number of your installed software at the bottom right of this image.

One of the "Program options" is "About...".

There you will also find the version number.

Can I save projects I have started and then load them and continue working on them later? [Back]

The Save commands for a project ("Save" and "Save as") can be found in the Editor on the far left of the toolbar.

You can open previously saved projects in the header bar of the software by clicking the "File" button.

Here you can open previously started projects and work further on them.

The most recent projects on which you have worked will be immediately listed, so you can open them with a single click.

How can I undo processing steps? [Back]

In the object tool selection in the "Processing" toolbox you will find the functions "Undo last action" and "Redo last undone action".

"Undo last action" symbol

This undoes the last action and cancels the command.

(Only active if an action has been previously carried out.)

"Redo last undone action" symbol

Executes the last cancelled command again.

It undoes the last "Undo last action", so to speak.

(Only active if an "Undo last action" was previously carried out.)
